The Cluster of Medical and Pharmaceutical Devices (CDMF) of the Dominican Republic was created in 2015, under the umbrella of the Dominican Association of Free Zones (ADOZONA), made up of multinational companies of medical and pharmaceutical devices under the free zone regime. Likewise, it is made up of collaborating members of the value chain, among them we can mention the academy, government institutions, among others.
The purpose of the Cluster is to make the member companies known as a high technology industry, manufacturing and opportunities for job growth and investment. As well as, serve as a link and concentrate efforts to develop and execute actions that promote the development and competitiveness of the sector through the development of 3 fundamental Objectives: Education, Supply Chain and Strengthening.
Position and consolidate the Dominican Republic as a strategic destination at a global level for the competitive manufacturing of medical devices.
