Following up on the engagements with academia, representatives from UNIBE and UNAPEC had the opportunity to visit different member companies of the Medical Devices and Pharmaceuticals Cluster to learn about professional development opportunities for young individuals within our sector.
Dr. Odile Camilo, rector of UNIBE, along with Ivonne Jáquez, director of the School of Engineering, and Dr. Leandro Feliz Matos, dean of Innovation, visited the facilities of B.Braun in the Las Américas Free Trade Zone.
Similarly, Elsa Maria Moquete, acting academic vice-rector of UNAPEC, along with Charmery Graciano, faculty member of the School of Industrial Engineering, visited Edwards Lifesciences in the PIISA Industrial Park.
