Cluster Hosts Effective Talent Management Webinar

Human Resources and Recruitment personnel from the cluster’s member companies participated in the webinar “Effective Talent Management” imparted by Orlando Mercado, President of Innova Management Solutions Inc., a consulting firm specialized in the development of human resources solutions.

During the webinar, Mr. Mercado share the good practices for proper management of human capital during the evaluation phase of recruitment process guided by a study conducted by the agency primarily focused on the Free Zones sector and its needs as an industry in constant development and growth.
