Cluster Participates in Medical Devices Ecosystem in Latam Webinar

The Cluster had an important participation in the webinar: Medical Devices Ecosystem in Latin America, organized by the Free Zones Association of the Americas (AZFA), which seeks to highlight the development of the medical devices sector in the region. Omar Jiménez, General Coordinator of the Cluster and Denisse Sena, Technical Coordinator for the Positioning and Promotion Committee, were part of the panel of experts at this meeting.

On this occasion, they both shared the perspective of the Dominican Republic, the structure and operation of Free Zone parks, the perspectives of medical devices about their establishment in the country, and the need for a cluster to strengthen the ecosystem of the sector, as a complementary factor for the development and growth of the industry within the Free Zones sector.
