Committee Hosts “Development & Succession: leading the way for new generations” discussion
At its most recent meeting, the Cluster’s Education Committee received a visit from Mrs. Ana Josefina Gonzales, CEO of Core Building from the Roots, who delivered a presentation “Development & Succession, Preparing the Path for the Next Generation.”
During this meeting, the human resources expert shared with the member companies, the importance of leveraging existing talent within their organizations as part of a succession plan, as well as the processes involved in leadership roles for the optimal development of the workplace.
