Offsite meetings of the CDMF Committees strengthen collaboration among member companies

As part of its collaborative work agenda, the Medical Devices and Pharmaceutical Cluster (CDMF) held offsite meetings of its committees (Talent Management, Core Managers, and Productive Linkages) at various member companies of the Cluster.

These meetings allowed the committees to conduct their working sessions in an environment closely connected to manufacturing operations, facilitating the exchange of experiences, the identification of opportunities for improvement, and the strengthening of collaboration among companies. Likewise, the offsite meetings helped reinforce ties among members and align initiatives aimed at enhancing competitiveness and the sector’s sustainable development.
