Cluster holds Workshop on Good Practices for Internship Programs

On August 12th, the Cluster’s Education Committee held a workshop on Good Practices for Internship Programs, directed to the human resources and recruiting departments of member companies. The workshop was led by Laura Castro and Geraldo Martínez, Directors of Human Resources of B.Braun and Fresenius Kabi, respectively.

During the workshop, they both shared experiences and recommendations on the effective management of internship programs in their companies and guidance in terms of program’s structure, hiring processes and various success stories throughout these initiatives.
