On November 15th, we received Prof. Matthew Parkinson, Director of The Learning Factory at Penn State University. This meeting, in collaboration with INTEC, served to learn about PSU’s innovative proposal, which gives engineering students the opportunity to create and design challenging projects in collaboration with the industry to meet their needs.
The Learning Factory brings together academia and industry, promoting design and research among students.
Claudia Pellerano and José Manuel Torres, Vice President and Executive Vice President of ADOZONA respectively, Rafael Piantini, Human Resources Manager of PIISA, Luis Toirac, Director of the Industrial Engineering Career, and Cayetano Rodríguez, Dean of the Engineering Area of INTEC were present at this meeting. Representatives from BBraun, Eaton, Medtronic, Edwards Lifesciences, and Henríquez & Asocs also attended.
